Ferguson trending upwards at Mid-Season

PICTON - After a tumultuous start to the 2014 season, Dan Ferguson has found his winning form in the OilGARD Canadian Modified division at Brighton SpeedwayFerguson earned his first win of the year on July 12 and has finished in the top-five five times. In all, Ferguson has tallied seven top-fives and has not finished outside the top-10 in 2014. He has also picked up five heat race wins.

"We’re very happy with the way the car is running and each week I'm getting more comfortable driving it,” said Ferguson. 

Ferguson’s win came from the tenth starting spot. He battled past Curtis King (No.07) to second just seven laps after the green flag. Then chasing race leader Mike Lucas (No.74), Ferguson moved to the bottom groove and took over the point on lap 10. He never looked back and led the final 15 laps for the victory.
